  • No Product Shipping: We do not ship or deliver physical products, as My Tika exclusively offers home vaccination services.
  • Home Visit by Experts: Our qualified nurse or vaccination officer will visit your registered address on the scheduled date and time.
  • Availability Required: Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery location at the given time to receive the vaccination service.
  • Keep Documents Ready: Have a valid ID proof and any previous vaccination records ready to complete the process smoothly.
  • Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule or update your address, please inform us at least 12 hours before the appointment to avoid delays.
  • Processing Time: After booking a vaccination service, our team processes and completes the vaccination within 0–3 days, depending on your location and appointment availability.
