At My Tika, we are committed to ensuring transparency and clarity in all transactions made through our online vaccine booking platform. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.
Please read this policy carefully before booking any services.

Booking Fees

  • • In most cases, vaccine booking services provided through our platform are free of charge as per government guidelines.
  • • However, if a booking or service fee is applicable for private centers or premium services, it will be clearly mentioned before payment.
  • • This fee may include administrative charges or third-party service fees.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • • Double Booking/Accidental Payment: If you accidentally booked multiple appointments or were charged more than once.
  • • Payment Failure: If your payment was deducted but the appointment was not confirmed.
  • • Service Unavailability: If the vaccination center cancels or is unable to provide the service after confirmation and payment.
  • • Technical Errors: If due to a system error your booking could not be processed after payment.

Note: Refunds will not be issued for user-initiated cancellations or no-shows unless specified otherwise.

Refund Process

To request a refund, you must:

  • 1. Email us at mytika.in@gmail.com with the following details:
    • • Full Name
    • • Booking Reference Number
    • • Date and Time of Appointment
    • • Reason for Refund
  • 2. Attach proof of payment (transaction receipt or screenshot).

We will investigate the request and process eligible refunds within 7 to 10 business days to the original mode of payment.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • • You missed the appointment without prior cancellation.
  • • You entered incorrect personal details and were denied service at the vaccination center.
  • • You canceled the appointment at the last minute and no rescheduling was possible.
  • • You experienced minor delays or inconveniences that did not affect the actual service delivery.

Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or digital wallet) used during the transaction. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
