Havrix® 720 Junior Monodose is an inactivated Hepatitis A vaccine (adsorbed) manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). It is specifically designed for pediatric and adolescent use to provide active immunization against Hepatitis A virus infection. Each vial contains 0.5 mL single dose intended for intramuscular injection. The vaccine is prepared from inactivated Hepatitis A virus, combined with aluminum hydroxide as an adjuvant to enhance immune response. It provides effective protection by stimulating the body’s immune system to produce antibodies against the Hepatitis A virus, a serious infection that affects the liver.
